Found a whole bunch of incomplete works. Decided to touch one the other day..

Noble's Minuet

I really liked the turn out, give it a listen see if you like it.

Then I also found the original file to "Broken Free" I re-uploaded it and made a few minor adjustments, an untrained ear wouldn't hear the difference right off the bat though. Give it a listen to though, unmistakably, the audio burp is gone now though.

Although I'd like to finish my other works I want to work on something BIG now. Something that will land me another daily feature I would hope.. it seems that kind of recognition gets you noticed. One of my incomplete older works may hold that key though.. who knows, all in good time!

Cheers,

Winston

I hope you don't think the review I gave was too harsh. I try to review and rate fairly and I did enjoy the piece.

Cheers!

P.S. I used to have pilaf as my avatar thingy too, but I changed it when I first saw your profile forever ago. I like my new one better, but pilaf is awesome. :P

Reviews are meant to be critical. I guess what I could say in response is that it was my aim to make a fugue. To make it sound medieval/baroque. A song like this would be played in a large castle (ideally) so with a big echo you would want the notes to be as "choppy" as possible. That way they won't blend in too each other and you'd be able to hear the different parts playing in the fugue. But I get what you are saying.

PILAF IS AWESOME

You know I never would have thought about the echo. Thank you for the explanation! Maybe for fun you can make the piece with the echo added.

Haha true, I'll try it out and see how it sounds.
