Made my first audio submission for 2012. It's just a small loop but I think it sounds decent. I have something pretty baroque in mind for my next piece. I want to make something with lots of organ/harpsichord. Look for it!

Made 3 new loops in this week long gap of time I've had between two of my exams. They are fairly simple but I think at least effective. I Think the best loop is "The Anguished Man" but other's may think differently. Please feel free to comment on which you think is the best.

Thanks for the attention on the "Epic Intro" I made. I've started to figure that flash users might want to use shorter sound clips. Plus, I can focus more attention to detail in a 30 seconds piece rather than in a 3 minute piece. Although, I still lazied out on it :P .

I think my next project will be a Game Over song. Probably also 30-45 seconds. And as usual my music will be RPG-esque. Most of my new songs will probably be themed to certain areas or parts of a game and likely 30-45 seconds loops and/or songs.

The other obvious advantage is that people will actually LISTEN to the whole piece rather than the first 10 seconds, assume its either a 0 or a 5 and be on there merry way haha.

Turning 19 in 37 minutes!

Oh and for the Infinitesimally small amount of people that check my music, I will be releasing a new piano piece soon enough. Not sure if I'll keep it pure piano.. I might convert it in to an orchestral piece or stick in/replace a few instruments. So, keep your eyes open!

It's one of those games that tries to make it seem bigger than it is. Apparently it has pulled that off. Or there is nothing better to Front page. Anyways, not a terrible flash... but too much hype for what it's worth.

I'm just going to say that when you post a flash submission and say "Crappy animation, crappy sound, made this in like 20 minutes lol derp :3" You are going to get an auto blam from me. Why did you even post it then? If its so crappy then don't submit it! You are just over flowing the portal with sewage. I think we should even make a certain number of two's also a trip to the graveyard... what's even worse is that so many of these flashes actually make it in somehow with these 2 decimal whatever point scores! Ugh...

So to summarize, please put at least some form of effort in to your submissions because I'm tired of looking in to a camp grounds public toilet of a flash portal.

I always liked composing random songs, but I never really did anything with them. Now I might as well just post them to Newgrounds. My biggest aspiration is that someone will actually ask to use one of my the random loops or songs I make to be put in to an animation that makes it through the portal. So I'm going to take a good portion of my time off this Summer to see what I can do about making some decent audio submissions. Most of my work is classical/orchestral so it may not get as noticed as quickly but It still has its place in video games and flashes :)

Please vote and comment on my audio submissions... I don't mind if its just harsh criticism either, so long as it helps push me in a better direction... one that gets me more votes and better ratings :P

This RPG was pretty Epic. It also has a pretty good score. I mean it could have been at least the underdog :/ I think it deserved the top 5... Play it and see for yourself. Then again I love RPG's so I am fairly biased, but, what do I care? LOL
